By reserving online, over the phone, or via email correspondence, you, THE CLIENT, agree to the terms set forth. Your payment and/or deposit with RPM Auto Spa LLC (from this point forward will be referred to as RPM) acts as an agreement and an acknowledgment that you understand the terms and conditions of the services set forth below.                                           FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT


All services are quoted at starting prices. Starting at prices does not include taxes, hazmat fees, or shop fees.

RPM will make every attempt to meet your expectations for detailing service. When you drop off your car with us, we go through a careful inspection of it with you to note existing damage and make sure we are providing the correct package for the expected level of care.

Note that excessive pet hair and stains are not considered normal wear and tear. Additional fees will apply. Not all pet-related hair and soiling can be removed. Not all stains and soiling of any nature can be removed.

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any type of detailing. Any clutter removal of the vehicle is subject to a $20.00 fee.

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicted as “Total Cost” on the service order. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could be less or more time than the time reserved. If you have extra/special requests, please let us know at the time the service order is written.

Any alterations or changes after the initial service order has been issued with be at an extra charge. Any alterations or charges to the initial service order must be approved in writing between you and RPM before any extra work begins. Any changes to fees and/or time, be it verbal or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate and/or time. We accept cash, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Please do not leave any payments in the vehicle. In the event an account requires legal or collection action, you agree to pay all costs of the collection without limitations for reasonable attorney fees, interest on the past due amount, court costs, and all collection costs.

Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type. We work tirelessly to meet our allotted times but no two vehicles are alike. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of RPM. RPM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

RPM reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing

RPM will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered


                                 Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellations, no-shows, or date change requests made with less than 24 hours notice do not receive refunds; the full balance due is owed.  Cancellations or date change requests made with 24 hours or greater notice are allowed with no penalty. This policy is in place so that we provide all of our clients with the best service possible and have properly staffed our professional detailers on any given day. 

If weather and/or road conditions require RPM to cancel a team member will contact you.

Should weather and/or road conditions make it unsafe for RPM to operate you may receive a refund for the canceled service. If you wish to reschedule for the same service you may do so.

Should you be unable to make your appointment time due to weather and/or road conditions, but RPM is operating, providing a refund is not permitted. 


                                  INSURANCE: DAMAGE OR LOSS

  1. The CLIENT     shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate motor vehicle insurance coverage, including physical damage coverage, is enforced and effect for the term of this Contract and shall provide proof of such coverage. If the      CLIENT     does not maintain appropriate motor vehicle insurance coverage for the      Vehicle for the duration of the term of this Contract, RPM     will in no event be liable to the CLIENT for damage to the      Vehicle.
  2. RPM shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
  3. RPM will not be liable for loss or damage occasioned by gradual deterioration of the Vehicle due to exposure to the elements, nor for loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by terrorist acts, invasion, insurrection, riot,      civil war, or military or usurped power or by order of any government or governmental authority or any other circumstance beyond RPM’s control.
  4. All vehicles are cleaned at the customers' own risk and must be able to withstand industry standard cleaning processes including by not limited to; pressure washing, iron removers, bug/sap or tar removal, clay bar, polishing, etc. 
  5. RPM shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to the Vehicle, or injury to persons occurring in or about the Vehicle, because of use or operation of the Vehicle by the CLIENT or other persons not employed by RPM, or because of the acts, omissions or negligence of the CLIENT or other persons in and about the Vehicle.
  6. RPM shall not accept any liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please ensure you inspect your vehicle before service to assure all interior lights, headlights,  or DRL have been turned off.


 

This Privacy Policy is prepared by RPM Auto Spa and whose registered address is 363 Center St Nutley, NJ. (“We”) are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of our visitors when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us.

This policy sets out how we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us through our website and social media sites. We confirm that we will keep your information secure and that we will comply fully with all applicable United States Data Protection legislation and regulations. Please read the following carefully to understand what happens to personal data that you choose to provide to us, or that we collect from you when you visit our sites. By submitting information you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information about individuals who visit and use our website and social media sites:

Information you supply to us. You may supply us with information about you by filling in forms on our website or social media. This includes information you provide when you submit a contact/enquiry form. The information you give us may include, but not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

Any information you provide to us will either be emailed directly to us or may be stored on a secure server.

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your rights – access to your personal data

You have the right to ensure that your personal data is being processed lawfully (“Subject Access Right”). Your subject access right can be exercised in accordance with data protection laws and regulations. We will provide your personal data to you within the statutory time frames. To enable us to trace any of your personal data that we may be holding, we may need to request further information from you. If you have a complaint about how we have used your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

                                              Service Guarantee

  • If there is a probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization via text or email only voids our Service Guarantee. Redos will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by our professional staff may invalidate the service guarantee.
  • Service is performed by our staff exclusively, clients are not, under any circumstance, to work on the vehicle as we are conducting our work, for insurance and quality control purposes.
  • Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by RPM      Auto Spa LLC are covered under our service guarantee.
  • Payment is due after your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service, we will store the vehicle at our location for up to 5 business days at $50.00 a night. After which the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense. 
  • Any claims must be filed within 12 hours of the completion of the service by emailing Ahmed@rpmspa.com or texting 201 887 0273. Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to Ahmed@rpmspa.com or texted to 201 887 0273
