By reserving online, over the phone, or via email correspondence, you, THE CLIENT, agree to the terms set forth. Your payment and/or deposit with RPM Auto Spa LLC (from this point forward will be referred to as RPM) acts as an agreement and an acknowledgment that you understand the terms and conditions of the services set forth below. FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT
All services are quoted at starting prices. Starting at prices does not include taxes, hazmat fees, or shop fees.
RPM will make every attempt to meet your expectations for detailing service. When you drop off your car with us, we go through a careful inspection of it with you to note existing damage and make sure we are providing the correct package for the expected level of care.
Note that excessive pet hair and stains are not considered normal wear and tear. Additional fees will apply. Not all pet-related hair and soiling can be removed. Not all stains and soiling of any nature can be removed.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any type of detailing. Any clutter removal of the vehicle is subject to a $20.00 fee.
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicted as “Total Cost” on the service order. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could be less or more time than the time reserved. If you have extra/special requests, please let us know at the time the service order is written.
Any alterations or changes after the initial service order has been issued with be at an extra charge. Any alterations or charges to the initial service order must be approved in writing between you and RPM before any extra work begins. Any changes to fees and/or time, be it verbal or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate and/or time. We accept cash, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Please do not leave any payments in the vehicle. In the event an account requires legal or collection action, you agree to pay all costs of the collection without limitations for reasonable attorney fees, interest on the past due amount, court costs, and all collection costs.
Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type. We work tirelessly to meet our allotted times but no two vehicles are alike. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of RPM. RPM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
RPM reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing
RPM will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered
Cancellations, no-shows, or date change requests made with less than 24 hours notice do not receive refunds; the full balance due is owed. Cancellations or date change requests made with 24 hours or greater notice are allowed with no penalty. This policy is in place so that we provide all of our clients with the best service possible and have properly staffed our professional detailers on any given day.
If weather and/or road conditions require RPM to cancel a team member will contact you.
Should weather and/or road conditions make it unsafe for RPM to operate you may receive a refund for the canceled service. If you wish to reschedule for the same service you may do so.
Should you be unable to make your appointment time due to weather and/or road conditions, but RPM is operating, providing a refund is not permitted.
